1. Our Commitment to Youth Protection
Koto Balli Football Academy (KBFA) prioritizes the safety, dignity, and emotional and physical well-being of every young athlete participating in our programs in Manduar. We believe every child has the right to enjoy football free from harm, discrimination, or exploitation.
2. Parent & Guardian Consent
For any candidate under the age of 18 applying for academy trials or training sessions, explicit parent or guardian consent is mandatory. We collect guardian contact information to ensure families remain fully informed about trial invitations, assessment schedules, and player progress.
3. Media & Image Protection Policy
KBFA respects the privacy of minor athletes. We do not publish broad, unrestricted rights over minors' names, photographs, highlight footage, or personal details:
- Player profiles are published on our public website directory only after approved evaluation and explicit guardian clearance.
- Private details such as exact birth dates, guardian contact numbers, residential addresses, or school names are never published online.
- Parents or guardians retain the right to request the removal of their child's media assets from official academy channels at any time.
4. Staff Code of Conduct
All KBFA coaches, technical staff, and administrative personnel are required to adhere to strict professional standards when interacting with youth athletes, emphasizing respectful communication, positive encouragement, and educational support.
