• Contact & Scout Inquiries: Submitter name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, inquiry classification, and message content.
• Player Directory Profiles: Approved public athletic information (photo, first/last name, age group, preferred foot, position, height, and highlight video links).

2. How We Use Collected Data

Information submitted to KBFA is strictly used for legitimate academy operations:

• Verifying applicant eligibility and age categories for trial assessment sessions in Manduar.
• Communicating with candidates, parents, or guardians regarding trial status updates and session scheduling.
• Responding to scout, partner, and general public communications.
• Displaying authorized player profiles on our public website directory following formal safeguarding consent.

3. Protection of Minor & Identity Data

We recognize the sensitive nature of identity documents (such as birth certificates or student IDs) and minor information. Identity documents uploaded during trial registration are accessible solely by authorized KBFA administration staff for verification purposes and are never shared publicly or transferred to unauthorized third parties.
